The dismembered bodies of five men and two women were located inside fourteen black bags in Ejido La Reforma in the municipality of San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec, in Oaxaca.
Also, another body was located inside two black bags at the height of the Amapa bridge, on the stretch of the Temascal highway, making the discovery of eight dismembered bodies found in Oaxaca.
The state Attorney General said the seven bodies had traces of torture and were lying on the road towards the municipality of Ayotzintepec, near the neighboring state of Veracruz, entity from which the victims originated, according to statements by prosecutor Rubén Vasconcelos.
These are not the only homicides reported in the early hours of Saturday, in Oaxaca.
In a statement the prosecution added that it is also investigating the location of a man killed by bullet wounds in the Second Section of San Felipe Jalapa de Díaz.
