This property is a hidden gem !! The owner has worked tirelessly to give the guests a true experience of hospitality, community and beauty! The tranquil garden and rooftop vista provided a respite from the city noise. The single communal table was magical . Guests sat down to enjoy a fresh and flavorful meal and soon found themselves enjoying the company of the others as though we were family! Arturo , the owner was always paying attention to ways he could personalize the experience. Guests had heard of a special hot beverage popular in Oaxaca. Arturo went to the Mercado early the next morning to purchase “Champurrado” for the guests to taste at breakfast. The Agrado is one of the top “Guest House” experiences of my traveling days! I would return to Oaxaca just to stay at the Agrado.
